If your package has still not arrived, and is marked delivered, please contact the carrier or your local authorities to report a stolen package. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and relabeling.īecause the marshmallows are delicate, please only provide an address where your package can be sent to an indoor facility, if possible. If your package tracking indicates it was delivered, and you did not receive, please check any surrounding areas, and wait 24 hours before contacting.
Once tracking is created, please refer to that and send inquiries to the carrier, since the package is now traveling through their system, and only they have updates. Squish Marshmallows is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by the carrier due to weather or other causes beyond our control. Due to the perishable nature of our product, and your eagerness to receive your shipments, we're shipping with UPS to ensure timely and dependable deliveries, to the best of abilities. **We are currently only shipping with UPS, as USPS experiences major delays. We cannot offer international shipping at this time. Because of the delicate nature of the products, we suggest to not ship to APO, DPO or FPO addresses, and suggest not using a PO Box**. Once shipped, orders will arrive in 1-3 days after the day of shipping, although we cannot guarantee arrival dates. Occasionally, Thursday-Saturday shipping is possible.
